ZAS-112 Introduction to Zoo and Aquarium Science This course introduces students to zoo and aquarium theory and management. Topics include operations, history and development, American Zoological Association (AZA) accreditation, and professionalism. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate beginning-level knowledge of the philosophy, organization, and management of modern zoos and aquaria. Semester Offered: Fall
