NUR-223 LPN to ADN Concepts II This course is designed for the LPN to ADN student to assimilate the concepts within the three domains of the individual, healthcare, and nursing. Emphasis is placed on the concepts of fluid/electrolytes, metabolism, thermoregulation, oxygenation, tissue integrity, infection, perfusion, mobility, reproduction, sexuality, health-wellness-illness, professional behaviors, accountability, advocacy, and collaboration. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide quality, individualized, entry-level nursing care.
