GRD-110 Typography I

This course introduces the history and mechanics of type and its application to layout and design. Topics include typographic fundamentals, anatomy, measurements, composition, identification, and terminology. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate proficiency in design application, analysis, specification, and creation of typographic elements. Semester Offered: Fall

Requisites:
  • Take DME 115 ; (Required, Previous).
