WBL-130A Workplace Professionalism

This course provides students with soft skills enabling them to interact effectively in the workplace. Topics include communication, teamwork, work ethic and other interpersonal skills and behaviors. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate the professional skills needed to function successfully in the workplace.
