REC-122 Program Administration This course covers the organization and implementation of recreational programs. Topics include schedules and budgets, group dynamics, problem-solving techniques, and leadership roles. Upon completion, students should be able to construct schedules for facilities and personnel, prepare budgets and cost analysis, and demonstrate leadership characteristics and problem-solving techniques.
