ZAS-233 Zoo Ichthyology This course begins the students’ study of fresh water and marine animals typically displayed in zoos and aquaria. Topics include the biology, ecology, taxonomy, identification, care, maintenance, and display of fresh water/marine animals. Upon completion, students should be able to present relevant and accurate information about fresh water or marine fishes on display in a captive environment. Semester Offered: Spring
