HSE-245 Stress Management This course covers stressors and techniques for stress management. Topics include self-advocacy, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, coping skills, time management, and priority alignment. Upon completion, students should be able to identify areas of stress and the skills and techniques for dealing with stressors.
